Ritch Brinkley (March 18, 1944 – November 5, 2015) was an American character actor who worked in more than 50 films and television shows over the course of his three-decade career. He is well known for his parts in films such as Cabin Boy (1994) and Breakdown, as well as his roles as William in Beauty and the Beast and cameraman Carl Wishnitski on Murphy Brown.
His major movies include Brubaker (1980), Rhinestone (1984), The Man with One Red Shoe (19850), Book of Love (1990), Ruby (1992), Doctor Mordrid (1992), Cabin Boy (1994), Breakdown (1997), and Children on their Birthdays (2002).
