Keegan Hedley is an actor predominantly working in the Canadian film industry. He is born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Keegan did his schooling at "St Joseph Elementary School" in Grimsby, Canada. Keegan was born in the year 2007 to a "Niagara Catholic Family "in Grimsby. He stepped into showbiz at a very young age. Keegan began his career as an animator, voicing characters in various Canadian animated series. He has been a part of the popular preschool animated series "Paw Patrol." This was Keegan's first project in the Canadian media.

Keegan voiced the character "Rubble" in the Paw Patrol series. The character "Rubble" was one of the main protagonists of this well-known animation series. This character was about an English bull pup whose primary purpose was to help with construction-related work. Keegan has also voiced the "Paw Patrol" movie that hit the theatres in the year 2021.
