Jake Choi was born at Elmhurst, Queens in New York Click to look into! >> Read More... . He grew up in Elmhurst. He belongs to Korean American community. He was put forward by his single mother with working-class immigrant roots. During his schooling, he played in the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU). He did his education in Newtown High school in 2014. In his school days, he played in the varsity basketball team. After his graduation, he went to South Korea to play basketball at Yonsei University. He played in the Korean Basketball League. Then he returned to America and started acting. He takes classes at Lee Strasberg Institute.
