The director has tried her best to make this movie look like the DDLJ romance to captivate the audience but has sure repelled them.
Plot:
This story portrays the life of a rich girl who tries to overlook all the opulence in her life to become a novelist and a less advantaged boy looking for fame and money. Koroli Nair (Tapsee Pannu) wants to go against the wishes of her father of seeing her as a successful business woman and peruse her dreams in English Literature. On the other hand, this young boy Sumit (Saqib Saleem) aspires to become a Bollywood actor and, so wishes to learn English. They meet in Delhi and fall in love and wanted to get married, as Koroli wants to get settled but Sumit’s wishes are different, they drift apart. After seven years they reunite in London, and the story has a different twist. Koroli seems to be settling herself with a business tycoon, and Sumit is still a struggling actor. Did Sumit have a motive behind loving Koroli? Do they get back together? What happens next in this mundane story? You will surely be able to answer them all.
Analysis:
The filmmakers have put in a lot of efforts to make the film relatable to the young audience, but haven’t you seen such Rom-Coms before? All the stereotypes of Bollywood films are gathered in this movie.
Star Performance:
It is because of these fine actors that the film is bearable. Tapsee Pannu’s charm and Saqib Saleem’s simplicity has kept the movie entertained. Despite their film being such a cliché they have kept the audience engaged in the story. Tapsee and Saqib both deliver great performances. The other cast members have also played their roles well.

1. The direction and scripting is too ordinary
