Plot

Robert McCall is a former Defense Intelligence Agency spy, who has been working as a Lyft driver and his friend Susan Plummer helped him get this job. McCall helps a lot of people while walking in Lyft. When a group of people tried to harass a girl, he beat them and save her. Then he saves a girl who was kidnapped by her father and he also helps the Holocaust survivor Sam Rubenstein, who is searching for his sister's painting. Susan has been working in a case that was confusing whether it is a murder or suicide. While she was dealing with the case, Susan was killed by some anonymous people. McCall finds out that they had planned and killed Susan. He started digging the case that has been undertaken by Susan. What happens next? Did he find out the truth? Watch the film in theatres.

Star Performance

As usual Denzel Washington has performed excellently well. He has not only performed naturally, but also in the action scenes, he had taken huge risk. At the age of 63, he is very much flexible to perform the action scenes. All the other supporting stars have also done their job neatly.

Analysis

Equalizer 2 is a perfect sequel to 2014 movie. The script is perfect and the director has narrated it well and not even a single scene make the people feel bored. Although there are some subplots, they are connected well. The BGM makes the movie more interesting and the production values are excellent.

What's Not There?

There are some flaws in the movie but everything fades away with the performance of Washington

Verdict

The action thriller entertainer is definitely designed to attract the action lovers. It is a perfect sequel with the right script, screenplay, dialogues and direction. Watch the film in theatres. If you are an action movie enthusiast, you will not hate this film
