“Petta” is the upcoming film scripted and directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The film has Superstar “Rajinikanth” in the lead role. “Simran,” Vijay Sethupathi, “M Sasikumar,” Trisha Krishnan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Sananth Reddy, Deepak Paramesh, Guru Somasundaram and Munishkanth ‘Ramdoss’ are in the star cast. The film has the music composition of Anirudh Ravichander. Sun Pictures produces the film on a large scale. The shooting had been going at a quick pace in Varanasi with Rajini, Sasikumar, Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha. The second look picture released today and Superstar looks stunningly smart in the poster. It is clear that he would portray dual looks; one in the flashback and the other in the contemporary period.
