Rachita Ram Is Grateful For Her Successful Tamil Debut With Coolie

Rachita Ram is extremely thankful to the makers of Coolie.

The Kannada star opened up about her Tamil debut, and how she wanted to play a character like that. She never expected that she would be starring one day alongside the likes of Rajinikanth, and she thanked the makers of the movie for making her dream come true.

Though Coolie starred Rajinikanth in the lead role, and had actors like Sathyaraj, Nagarjuna, Upendra etc., it was Soubin Shahir and Rachita Ram as undercover cops Dilip and Kalyani who stole the spotlight. Rachita Ram’s role was extremely appreciated by most of the moviegoers, and she is expected to do more such films in the future.

Coolie released on the same day as War 2. Despite facing stiff competition from the animated movie Mahavatar Narsimha, the movie has turned out to be one of the highest grossing movies of Tamil cinema this year, despite mixed reviews from the critics.
