' If it is a cinematic event, we could probably find producer K Rajan at the stage. He could give a nonstop speech, regarding the cinema related news. Recently, he was invited to a cinematic event. His speech goes, like this, “When Rajini Jayaraman called me over the phone, I was unable to attend the call. Do you know the reason? I went to the court for a case charged against me in 2000. It was the time, when Kamal’s “He Ram” was released. I heard that pirated CDs were sold and hence went to the spot. At the same time, Hussaini’s people also came there to get the sellers red handed. When we caught them, those pirated sellers started to attack us. I asked Kamal not to visit the spot, as there was a conflict. Then the cops came and filed a case against me. I am still shunting to the court for the case. I went to the spot, not for me; but for Kamal. But still, Kamal did not care for me. But Rajini called me and praised me for my bold effort”, said Rajan.
