TN Assembly is supposed to meet on 14th June. Prior to the assembly meet, the Ministers meeting was held today. In the meeting, it was decided to decrease the guideline value of the land by 33%. In 2012, CM “ Jayalalithaa Jayalalithaa Jayaram, more popularly known as Pura >> Read More... ” increased the guideline value. Meanwhile, the Madras High Court ordered a stay for providing Patta for the farmland. As the value was increased, the bond registration department had to face severe loss.
