‘Billa’ To Re Release On This Date

Ajith Kumar Ajith Kumar is a prominent Tamil film actor, model >> Read More... ’s blockbuster film ‘Billa’ will be re releasing at the silver screen on 1 May. After the success of ‘Ghilli’, Ajith has decided to build the momentum for his upcoming re releases through this decision.

‘Billa’ is the Tamil reboot of the 1980 film of the same name, which in itself was the remake of the iconic 1978 Bollywood classic ‘ Don Click to look into! >> Read More... ’. ‘Billa’ starred Ajith Kumar as David Billa Click to look into! >> Read More... and his lookalike Saravana Velu, with Nayanthara, Prabhu, and Rahman in other important roles.

The movie was released in 2007, and was extremely successful at the box office, leading to a prequel in 2012.

Following the successive failures of recent Tamil movies, some exhibitors have opted for re release of classic movies.
