2024 is more or less a forgettable year for Sandalwood.
While the year has not been very kind to Indian cinema, it is Sandalwood who has faced the worst. The successful movies this year have been as common as a diamond in a coal mine : very rare! Only ‘Upadhyaksha’, ‘Krishna Pranayam Sakhi’, and ‘Bheema’ have turned out to be commercial successes, while the rest could not even cross 10 crores, let alone be a box office success.
