The reason is that Kate Major, the step mom of Lindsay was said to have drunk and drive. Kate, the estranged wife of Michael, the father of Lindsay Lohan, planned to drive home after taking a huge amount of alcohol along with her friend. She had a fight with her friend, who didn’t give the car keys to her. When the cops were informed about this, they came and inquired her for drunk and drive attempt. While discussing with her, she lashed out one among the cops and they arrested her. The 33-year-old lady has been kept in a separate cell for the assault case.
