Unfortunately, the team loses the match. But, Vijay consoles his team by saying that they needn’t worry about losing this game. He wants the team to get the game back in the finals. Monster is a movie starring SJ Surya. It is a movie based on a rat, which is a kid-pleaser. In one of the scenes, there is a fire accident in the house. The rat has bitten off the gas cylinder tubing, and when the hero fires up the stove, the cylinder catches on fire. The hero grabs hold of the burning cylinder and takes it outside. We all know the dangers of a gas cylinder leak. How would a cylinder catch on fire?

It is a novel venture with the concept of time travel in a Tamil movie. There could be many things gone wrong in a time travel concept. The main thing that was not syncing with the concept is that Surya knows that he has time-traveled, but his companion Sathyan doesn’t know. This is one of the many flaws in this movie.

In the opening scene of Mersal, with the introduction of Vijay as a doctor, he comes to the airport. He finds one woman choking on her food. One should perform the Heimlich’s maneuver first, on failing which a tracheostomy may be warranted. But instead, he performs a tracheostomy with a business card, sterilized with alcohol and a straw.

6. Married- Not Married- Singam

Singam trilogy is one of the best movie series about cops. However, the continuation has many flaws. In the first part, the climax shows Surya riding the car with Anushka. It seems like they got married, evident from the sindhoor on Anushka’s forehead. But in the sequel, the movie shows that they had been engaged, but the marriage was called off by Anushka’s father. This change could be to accommodate Hansika in the story.

7. Maths Wiz- Thupaaki

In the scene where Vijay traps the sleeper cells using his mates from the military camp who have come to attend a wedding, he plans to track all of them. There are twelve of them and twelve of the enemies. The group follows a person, and when he communicates with another one, they divide themselves into two, each subgroup following one of them. This split up goes on and on till there are twelve of them, one for each. But how do they know who would inform the other sleeper cell? And based on what information are they splitting up? The maths just doesn’t add up.

8. Investigate Further- Pizza

When Vijay Sethupathi narrates his story about delivering the pizza to a haunted house, he starts from the pizza shop. But nobody, including his manager, cared enough to investigate who would order pizza to a haunted house. Is it a ghost, or was someone playing a prank? As soon as they heard the story, everyone fell for it, even the sensible chef, instead of investigating further.

9. Minor Setbacks And A Ballpoint Pen- Nanban

Nanban is the remake of the movie 3 idiots in Tamil. It was set in the year 1997-2001, as shown on the graduation certificate. But most of the props used in the movie, like the Nokia 1100 and Scooty pep bike, were introduced only in the later years. Also, one of the most significant scenes explains how ball pens cannot work in space. But, the working of a ball pen can happen in space as well.

10. Really Old?- Asuran

The entire movie plays out in the 1980s. Even though the director paid attention to many details in the movie, like the payphones, slipper, all of which were dated back to the ’80s, one particular scene lost its mark. When they were waiting in court, a Scooty pep bike is spotted following a car.
