Suresh Kumar Suresh Kumar is a producer cum actor working in th >> Read More... is a south Indian news anchor. He works as a news presenter for south Indian news channel SUN TV. Suresh has been working for SUN TV for two decades since 1998. Before being a news reader, Suresh was a microbiologist and holds a Ph.D. in Leptospirosis. He appears in the show Top 10 Movie on SUN TV; this show is quite popular among the Tamilians.

 He was interested in visual media from the start, but he also completed his medical studied and did his M.Sc in Medical Microbiology from the Institute of Medical Studies, Chennai in 1991.

Later, he completed his Ph.D. in microbiology in 2013 from the Dr. ALM PG Institute of Medical Sciences, Chennai. Suresh Kumar had interest in media and communication, so he also did achieve success on his anchoring career. Firstly he worked as an auditor at Reading Money for one year, and then he worked as a news presenter for Doordarshan. In 1998, Suresh started working for SUN TV where he works to date.

He holds live discussions and presents news bulletin. He also teaches in medical colleges as a guest lecturer. Suresh has also founded an event management company, The Stager, which works on conferences, weddings, etc.
