Prabhudasan worked for Makkal TV, Win TV, Imayam TV, and Raj TV. Prabhudasan was the President of the Tamil Seithi Vasipalargal Sangam. Since 2018, Prabhudasan has worked for Sun TV. Prabhudasan also trains interested people to become newsreaders with the Tamil News Reading Training Academy affiliated to the Tamil Seithi Vasipalargal Sangam.
