This dusky Telugu beauty had made a huge name for her in Tollywood industry first and later on she affirmed her identity even in Tamil cinema. Her success was not full of roses, but surrounded by a few thorns too. She was either not born with a silver spoon, whose parents had belonged to cinema industry. She was just an ordinary girl brought up in a family of deputy commissioner (Tax department) and moved to various locations in her childhood with her family. There was no permission granted to her to take up films, but as lady luck smiled upon her, she first started her modeling career after dong her degree in 2005.

Her first assignment was for Saravana Stores and she was spotted by Venkat Ram, a celebrity photographer and with his support, Bindu had put her feet in tinsel town. While dong a television advertisement for Tanishq Gold, she caught the attention of Telugu director and landed up in a supporting role in ‘’Avakai Biryani’’ and went to get her another supporting role for Cheran’s Tamil movie “” (2009). She was also cast in Puri Jagannadh’s movie “Bumper Offer” and was seen in the controversial role of a sex worker in ‘’Veppam’’ directed by and produced by . It was after Vepppam, that she moved towards Tamil film industry and got recognition too. Her Tamil movie ‘’Kazhugu’’ was a mega hit and its success pushed herself into many Chartbuster movie lists such as ‘’Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga’’.

Her latest flick will be ‘’’’, where she will be seen playing a sub-inspector role. We also hear that she wants to get back to her studies again doing her master degree in bio-technology and might even bid bye from the industry. What will happen, time alone can tell us. But her professional attitude in the film industry and her willingness to accept many challenging roles has even surprised many actresses, whom she had left behind. Undoubtedly, she is the new golden girl in Tollywood.
