Shamshuddin Ibrahim, commonly known by the name of 'Shaam', is an Indian artist famous in the Tamil and the Telugu film industries. He hails from Madurai. He pursued his education in Bengaluru. He started his career as a model. Soon, he got into the film industry and he made his debut with a cameo role in 'Khushi’. Though he already acted in the lead role in director Jeeva's film '12B’, it did not make its release before Khushi due to production issues. His bubbly performance in 12B welcomed him with many new and fresh opportunities.

He acted in many movies such as 'Hey! Nee Romba Azhaga Irukke’, 'Bala’, and 'Anbe Anbe’, etc. Unfortunately, these movies did not do well at the box office. 'Iyarkai' failed to make an impact at the box office, but it bagged the national award for the best feature film. After some failures, he ended up with 'Ullam Ketkumae’. This film was a blockbuster and it motivated him to work in many movies. He ventured into the Kannada industry with the film 'Tananam Tananam’. It landed up to be an average grosser.

After several failures, he made a comeback through ' Kick' in Telugu. He appeared as the antagonist in the Tamil remake of that movie, 'Thillalangadi’. He attempted to appear in a Hindi film directed by Faisal Saif. Unfortunately, the movie was dropped due to some misunderstandings between Shaam and Said. He made a comeback by appearing in the movie '6’. He was highly appreciated for the efforts put by him to portray his role.

Once a charming and a bubbly boy, Shaam started working in some experimental roles as well. He has finished almost twenty-five films as the protagonist. He is proud of having worked with many leading directors and Jeeva is his favorite director out of all. Right now, he is working alongside Manisha Koirala and Arjun Sarja for a thriller named as 'Oru Melliya Kodu’.

Shaam is settled with his wife Kashish and a daughter Samaira.

Harish Uthaman

Harish Uthaman has worked in Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu films. Born on 5th April 1982, Harish entered the film industry with the 2010 Tamil flick Thaa. Later he worked as villain in Paandiya Naadu, Gouravam and Meagamann. Harish initially worked in Paramount Airways in the cabin crew department. Later he got himself associated with British Airways. Then he had a brief stint with an ad company in Chennai. Then Thaa happened which received good reviews. He worked hard for the film by growing a beard and darkening his skin. Surya Prabhakar was the director of this film. The film was not a commercial success but Harish received good critical acclaim. This flick was shown in the Tamil Film Festival in Norway. Harish fetched the Best Newcomer Award for this film. In the Festival, Harish got himself acquainted with Radha Mohan. Eventually, Radha Mohan casted Harish in his bilingual flick Gouravam, where the latter played a negative character. Harish gained accolades for his villainous performance in Pandiya Nadu. In fact he was equally liked and disliked by the audience for this role with grey shades. Harish is working as a baddie in quite some films. Harish feels that the flick Pandiya Nadu was a landmark in his profession. Harish praises director Susindran for tapping his talent. In fact, he feels that Susindran is a great director. Susindran is also only keen to work with Harish again and had offered him a role in his upcoming film. Harish doesn’t mind working in negative roles. In fact, surprisingly, Harish had always aspired to act as a villain. Harish confesses that he has the requirements for a villain including his eyes and physique. Actor Raghuvaran is the inspiration of Harish Uthaman. Harish wants to do his best in every character he portrays and doesn’t mind whether they are big or small.

Yugi Sethu is a multi-talented man. He is an actor, screenwriter, director, writer, producer and a show host. So many qualities in one person are rare to find. He was born on 28th January in Chennai. He belongs to Oothukaadu, which is a small town near Kumbakonam. He has done his graduation in Commerce and his masters in Political Science. Though he studied two subjects, his interest was more towards fine arts, but he could not pursue that. Well! None of the three subjects could give him the success and fame that he has today. He is married to Amritha Kalyani and has two children with her. As an actor, he has done only a few films. He has played the lead roles as well as supporting roles. He is mainly a screenwriter. He applied his diversified skills in the less known Tamil movie ‘Maathangal Aezhu’ which means seven months. He had written not only the movie but also directed it. He played the hero in this film, and the other actors were Nassar and Ramya Krishnan. The most interesting thing about the movie is the song ‘Kaadhalenna Kaadhal,’ which can be sung without touching both the lips. Such an exceptional composition shocked and amused people. His debut Tamil film ‘Kavi Thai Panda Neramillai’ in which he acted along with Amala and Nassar in 1987 won a local award. He wrote the script, produced it, and even directed the movie. As a student, he made an eight minute long B&W movie titled ‘The Rhetoric Of The Continuity’ in 1984. It was the only film that represented India at the International Film Festival. The unique thing about this movie was that it has Satyajit Ray’s music as background score. Though many of Yugi’s work are less known, he has won a gold medal for film direction. He is much known for his late night talk shows. This talented man is now working on his Ph.D. in Film Aesthetics.
