Maala Parvathi

Maala Parvathi is an actress working in the Indian film industry. Though she works predominantly in the Malayalam film industry, she has worked in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi film industries. Her parents are Advocate C. V. Thrivikraman and gynaecologist Dr. K. Lalitha. She attended All Saints College, Thiruvananthapuram. She did her psychology graduation at Government College for Women, Thiruvananthapuram. She completed her Master’s degree and MPhil in psychology at the Kariavattom campus of Kerala University. Besides this, she did her LLB at Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram. She is married to B Satheesan, who works at CDIT, Government of Kerala. The couple has a son, Ananthakrishnan.

Maala Parvathi has been involved in theaters and some of her theatre works include Lady from the Sea (Sagarakanyaka) directed by MG Jyothish in 2009, Bhagavathajjugam and Lesson directed by the same director in 2011, and Irakalodu Mathramalla Samsarikendathu directed by MG Jyothish & D Reghoothaman in 2013.

She has also appeared in Theater festivals, including the World Theatre Festival in 2012, Bharat Rang Mahothsav, the OZ Festival, and the Ibsen Festival.

Besides working in the film industry, Parvathi has been working for MSL group since 2006 as a PR Consultant. Since 2016, she has been working for Ten Degree North Communications.
