Vinayakan is an Indian actor from Malayalam industry. He has also acted in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu films. In the 1990s he made a name for himself as a dancer. He had a troupe named ‘Black Mercury’. He is well known for ‘Fire Dance’. He and his troupe performed on several stages in Kerala. Once a Malayalam film director Thampi Kannanthanam saw him performing on stage and gave him a chance in his movies.

Vinayakan was landed in small roles in Manthrikan and Onnaman films. These films and a third one, Stop Violence made his evolution in the industry. He says that it was magical for him with no previous plans came into films. He got his breakthrough with the film Stop Violence in which he played an important role named Montha, which made him evolve in the Malayalam Film Industry. He is a veteran actor and had a great fan following base in all the three languages.

He made his debut in Onnaman (2001) starring Mohanlal, Kavya Madhavan, and Ramya Krishnan, followed by Stop Violence(2002) which starred Prithviraj Sukumaran and Chandra Lakshman, Greetings(2004) starring Kavya Madhavan and Jayasurya, and Chintamani Kolacase(2006) which starred Suresh Gopi, Bhavana and Vani Vishwanath. He then appeared in super hit films like Big B(2007) which starred Mammootty and Mamta Mohandas, Pachamarathanalil(2008), Nammil Thammal(2009) starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Geetu Mohandas, Best Actor(2010) starring Mammootty and Salim Kumar, and Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty(2012) starring Unni Mukundan And Nithya Menon .

He was also seen in Mariyan(2013), a Tamil movie which starred Dhanush and Parvathy and Masala Republic(2014) starring Indrajith Sukumaran and Aparna Nair. In 2015, he acted in Aadu Oru Bheegara Jeevi Aanu, Mariyaan and ATM which starred Jackie Shroff. He was also seen in a recent release Kali(2016) starring Dulquer Salmaan and Sai Pallavi. In a very short tenure, he was given roles comparable to the lead roles. He is very much popular for his negative roles. He got married in 2012.

Deepak Parambol

Deepak Parambol is a budding Malayalam actor, who is known for doing a variety of roles in the short span that he has been in the Malayalam industry. Born in Kannur, Kerala, Deepak did his schooling from Azhikode High School and went on to do his graduation from the University of Calicut. Later on, he pursued his PG in Calicut University, where he did his MCA. Unlike the characters he portrays in his movies, Deepak is quite a soft spoken person. In one of his interviews, Deepak said that he doesn't mind getting minor roles and doesn't feel disappointed when he doesn’t get lead roles. To him, he says, what matters is the experience that they have to offer, and all that’s important to him is to get good characters in the movies which can help him learn and do a better job. Deepak Parambol's debut film was ‘Malarvaadi Arts Club’, which got released in 2010 in which he played a minor role. Later, he acted in ‘Thattathin Marayathu’ in 2012. His character was that of a Communist youth which caught the attention of many youngsters. This movie was the one that made Deepak famous and brought him to the attention of many directors. He also appeared in films like ‘D Company’ and ‘SIM’. He did special appearances in others like ‘You Too Brutus’ and ‘Loham’. In an interview, Deepak said that he had to lose weight for his role in Loham. He was also seen portraying a negative role in the movie ‘Thira’ in 2013. It was his first time in a negative role, and he played the villain character involved in human trafficking. He said that the role was very exciting and totally different from all the others. In 2014, he did his first lead role in the movie ‘John Paul Vaathil Thurakkunnu’, which sees him as a young man from rural backgrounds, who is a family-oriented person. After that, he played the lead role in the 2015 movie ‘Nellikka’, where his character name was Balu. He was also seen portraying the role of Sasi in the film ‘Kunjiramayanam’ (2015), alongside Vineeth Sreenivasan, who was the director and scriptwriter of his debut movie. Deepak is a travel enthusiast and in one of his interviews, he said that he got the opportunity to wander and visit a lot of interesting places while he was shooting for Nellikka. His most recent work is a minor role in the movie ‘Vettah’, which also features prominent actors like Kunchacko Boban, Manju Warrier, Indrajith Sukumaran. The movie was released on 26th February 2016.
