Jackie Shroff is a popular actor who has worked for more than 175 movies in various languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Oriya, and Punjabi. He was launched by Dev Anand in his movie Swami Dada in 1978. Subhash Ghai chose him for the movie Hero which became a huge hit and paved the way of success for Jackie Shroff in Bollywood. Some of his movies which became huge commercial success include Karma, Ram Lakhan, Izzat, Tridev, Rangeela, Saudagar, Angaar, Khalnayak, and Aina.
