Hemanth Menon

After having his initial schooling in Edarikode, Hemanth pursued B. Tech. Hemanth was interested in singing during his college days and acting was not his passion, but as destiny would have it, Hemanth was introduced to ace director Fazil, who selected him from 500 other aspirants. Fazil did this after instilling the basics of acting to Hemanth. The movie, Living Together, directed by Fazil starring Hemanth bombed at the box office, but Hemanth was the lead, that’s something big for a newcomer who was not at all interested in acting. Sreelekha was paired opposite Hemanth in the film Living Together. 

The film Doctor Love was a multi-starrer and it was declared a hit. Another film of Hemanth, Ordinary, was also a hit. This was also a multi-starrer. Hemanth enacted the role of a flirty guy in Chattakari. The film conveyed a message to the audience. After acting in decent roles, Hemant took up a negative role for the first time in his career. Hemanth’s entry into cinema was unexpected, but now he is very much interested in acting. Hemanth feels that acting is tougher than dubbing. Hemanth’s unique style is his swift delivery of dialogues in films. Vineeth Suresh is the original name of Hemanth Menon. Hemanth changed his name as there were many other actors with the name Vineeth. Apart from acting, Hemanth is also into modeling.

Vineeth Suresh is now called by his stage name i.e. Hemanth Menon. Hemanth was born on 19 April 1989. He belongs toTirur located in Malappuram district. He completed his schooling from various institutions like Fathima Matha English Medium Higher Secondary School situated in Tirur and PKMMHSS Edarikode.

He has done B-Tech from College of Engineering, Vadakara. Hemanth discovered his hidden talent of being a good entertainer by participating in various events majorly organized by the college. Hemanth is blessed with an elder sister called Divya who has settled with her husband (Sooraj) and their kid (Saarang) in Sydney, Australia.

Like Hemanth, Divya holds interest in singing and hence, is a singer by occupation. One would giggle on Hemanth Menon's commencement into the film industry. To reveal the reason, his career began in the industry accidently and coincidently. It began with a train journey where Rajan Joseph, son of Late Jose Prakash and Hemanth were traveling together. Hemanth started conversing with Rajan and fruitfully overwhelmed him which became a direct ticket to his acting career. Rajan immediately informed about Hemant’s talent to Fazil, which led him to solicit Hemanth’s photographs which ultimately resulted into a call for the auditions.

Hemanth nailed the audition and was preferred amongst 500 aspirants who came for an audition for the same role. However, the movie failed to effectuate, and ‘flop’ became the result. To begin with the list of his movies, the first movie he ever did was a romantic Malyalam movie called “Living Together” and Fazil directed this movie in 2010. Hemanth and Sreelekha played the lead roles. The immediate movie that he did was “Doctor Love”, comedy movie and it was directed by K. Biju.
