Sandhya Manoj is an Indian dancer who worked in the Malayalam film industry. She is also a yoga instructor and dance teacher. Sandhya became famous in 2021 when she first appeared in Big Boss Malayalam 3, a reality TV show. She was born on 1st August 1979 in Kuwait. When she was five, her interest in dance increases, and she started learning Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam under Parvathy Narayana Swamy.
Sandhya moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, after her marriage and got attracted to Odissi dance. She completed her school in Saudi Arabia and graduated from India in English Literature.
