According to the latest news, director Gautham Vasudev Menon is all set for his directorial debut in Malayalam cinema. There is also news that Mammootty and Nayanthara will be a part of this movie, though an official confirmation is yet to come from the makers.

Gautham had once expressed his admiration for Malayalam cinema, and revealed that if given a chance, he would love to work with actors like Fahadh Faasil Born in 1982, Fahadh Faasil is known for his works >> Read More... and Mammootty. While Gautham has already worked with Fahadh in ‘ Trance Click to look into! >> Read More... ’, it would be the first time that Gautham is working with Mammootty on any project.

Gautham is well known for his work in Tamil and Telugu cinema. He has also worked upon a couple of Hindi movies, including ‘Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein’, which later acquired a cult status. He last worked on ‘Joshua Imai Pol Kaakha’, which was unsuccessful at the box office. However, Gautham is far from disappointed.

Apart from the Malayalam movie, Gautham is awaiting the release of his much talked about ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’, starring Vikram in the lead role.
