Rajesh Dhruva is an Indian actor who appears in the Kannada television industry. He appears in lead roles in a number of daily soaps and has earned a ‘boy-next-door’ image among the audience.
Rajesh, like many other actors who are outsiders, has had to go through an equally daunting struggling period before stepping into the industry. Having no connections in the entertainment business, he weaponized his passion and determination to get into the industry. Though he belonged to a lower middle-class family and hailed from a small village 450 kilometres away from the city of Bengaluru, he made it to the frame for the first time in 2010, to give auditions for Hero No. 1. He appeared in a number of soaps then on. However, he is notable for playing the role of Akhil in Agnisakshi. This was a breakthrough in his television career. He has also appeared in the 2019 serial Nandhini, and in the 2019 short film, Unlock Kannada.
He got married to Shruti in 2017.
