Natesh Hegde is a talented filmmaker from the Kannada film industry. He was born in Kottalli, a small village in Karnataka. He did schooling in the town and completed graduation in science from Sirsi. Later, he earned a Journalism degree from Karnataka University, Dharwad. He never studied filmmaking. His film was nominated for the Golden Horse Film Festival, Mumbai Film Festival, IndieLisboa International Independent Film Festival, Busan International Film Festival, Kazan International Festival of Muslim Cinema, Indian Festival of Melbourne, and International Film Festival of Thrissur. In the 2013 Busan Current Competition, his film was revealed.
