Abhijit Panse is an Indian director and producer, who has predominantly worked in the Marathi film industry. Panse comes from Thane in Mumbai, and he grew up around the hub of Indian cinema. He started his journey in the world of media with advertisement films and videos. His directorial debut was the 2014 thriller movie, Rege. The gritty film formulates itself around the crime encounter genre that was upcoming in the industry during the time. Its unconventional take on film making with its non-chronological scenes and graphic video made a strong impact.
