Billie Eilish, in full Billie Eilish Pirate Baird O'Connell, is an American singer-songwriter who first gained recognition in 2015 for the song "Ocean Eyes", written and produced by her Finneas O'Connell, her brother, with whom she actively collaborates on music and live shows. Her musical style is similar to Lana Del Rey and Childish Gambino. Billie Eilish was born on 18th December 2001 to Maggie Baird and Patrick O'Connell. She grew up in Los Angeles in a family of Actors and Musicians. Her parents homeschooled Eilish along with her brother Finneas. When she turned Eight, Eilish joined the Los Angeles Children's Chorus, where she perfected her vocal abilities.

Later when she turned Eleven, Eilish began writing and singing her songs, taking after her brother Finneas who was already performing his songs with his band. At the age of 13, Eilish began working on songs with her brother, and the first songs they recorded together were called "She's Broken" and "Fingers Crossed", which Eilish admitted that they recorded and had put on Soundcloud just for fun.
