Hunter Gray is a Hollywood film producer of great repute. Hunter has tasted success more than anything and is a very determined person who made him reach the pinnacle of fame in Hollywood. Hunter is the co-partner of the film production house, Verisimilitude. Alex Orlovsky and Tyler Brodie are also the collaborators of this company. Hunter is also the joint founder of Artist Public Domain, a platform to teach filmmaking to budding filmmakers.

Hunter is in this business of producing movies since 2000 and has achieved name and fame through his work. Hunter started his career by working as an executive producer of the documentary, The Ballad of Ramblin’ Jack (2000). He then went ahead to become an executive producer of the movies like You See Me Laughin’ (2002), 'Maria Full of Grace' (2004), and 'Requiem for a Dream' (2000).

Hunter’s first film as a producer under the banner of the production company, Verisimilitude, was Half Nelson (2006). Half Nelson narrated the story of a history teacher who used to smoke. This film was well-received by the viewers and critics. Hunter then went ahead to serve as a movie producer of films like 'Momma Man', 'The Windmill Movie', 'The Forgiveness of Blood', 'Terry' and much more. In the year 2011, Hunter worked as a producer of the movie, Another Planet.

This movie was produced under the banner of Artist Public Domain and was a recipient of several awards including 'Alfred P.Sloan' award. This film also got featured in the list of independent films of 2011. Hunter then produced films like Towheads; Jamie Marks is Dead and The Wolfpack. Towheads essayed the story of a mother who struggled to balance her personal and professional life. Towheads received good response from the viewers.

Jamie Marks is Dead was a horror movie which revolved around the story of Jamie Marks and his dead body, recovered from a river. This film received nominations for a Grand Jury Prize at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival. Another flick, I Origins, produced by Gray was shown at 2014 Sundance Film Festival. I Origins narrate the tale of a scientist and his experiment related to the human eye.

This film did good numbers at the box-office and had a rating of 7.3 on IMDb. The Wolfpack is another movie in which Hunter worked as a film producer, and this flick got screened at the Sundance Film Festival in 2015. It also received the US Grand Jury Award under the category of short films. Recently, he served as an executive producer of the film, Frank and Lola (2016). Hunter Gray is married to Megan Gray.
