Pauley Perrette is an actress, born on March 27, 1969 at New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S. She was raised up around Southern U.S. Initially, she stated that she wanted to work with animals, to become an FBI agent or be a member of a rock and roll band. She studied at Valdosta State University in Georgia and took up

City and studied at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In New York, she works as a bartender in New York, a cook in a cruise boat and more.
She has spent years in doing television and films, mainly doing television commercials, music videos. Shot films and some voice-overs. While working for other jobs, she was introduced to an advertising director. Since then, she started to appear many commercials and later, she decided to move to Los Angeles where she did various small roles and guest appearances. In year 2001, she was introduced in a recurring role in the short-lived television series, Special Unit 2 and played the role of Alice Cramer. She played as Abby Sciuto, a forensic specialist in the police procedural drama series, NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service). Her first character appearances were on the legal drama series, JAG where she appeared on two episodes in 2003. Since then, she appeared in two episodes of the television series, NCIS: Los Angeles as Abby in 2009. In 2011, she earned the highest Q Score or the assessment of an artist’s familiarity and appeal in the U.S. primetime show. Pauley also appeared on the season 4 of the NBC’s Frasier as a Café Nervosa waitress. Subsequently, she made a guest-star appearance in the first season of the television series, 24. She also made a guest appearances in many films like the psychological horror film, The Ring in 2002 and the comedy-drama film, Almost Famous.
Besides acting, Pauley is also a published poet and a writer. She wrote the short story, Cheers which appears in Pills, Thrills, Chills and Heartache: Adventures in the First Person. She is also an aspiring photographer, artist, music lover and a keen supporter for civil rights. The actress also produced a documentary which depicts the U.S. civil rights called, Citizen Lane and it was finished in 2013.
In one interview in 2005, she stated that she has an all-time crime obsession. She studied sociology, criminal science and psychology and took a degree in criminal science before she landed in the entertainment world. She also appeared in a television commercial for Expedia.com in 2010. Later, she made a guest appearance in the reality competition, RuPaul’s Drag Race as a jury.
She wrote and recorded the song, Fear and was known as ‘Stop Making Friends’. It was recorded as an original soundtrack in NCIS released in 2009. Fear was also featured in the season 6 episode of the series entitled Aliyah. Pauley is also the lead singer of the band, Lo-Ball and was known by her stage name as Pauley P. The band’s song, Can’t Get Me Down was played in the movie, Legally Blond. She was also seen in Metallica’s video, The Unnamed Feeling from the album, St. Anger. She was also the main vocalist in the B. Taylor’s song, Fire in Your Eyes.
Pauley was married to Coyote Shivers for three years and they got separated. She filed a restraining order against his husband subjected to sexual, physical and emotional abuse while they were still together and even after their marriage. Later, she got engaged to Michael Bosman and filed for legal protections for same-sex couples. They dated for four years but later, they ended their relationship. She got engaged to Thomas Arklie, a former British Royal Marine.
