Married to Andres Castro, Antonia Rey was an English actress. She was born on 12th October 1926 in Havana, Cuba. Her father’s name was Antonio Francesch, who died before her birth, so her mother, Emilia Rey, brought her up. The journey of an actress took a flight when she acted in the notable TV series ‘The Secret Storm.’ She played the dominant role in this TV series and won the hearts of her fans. Meanwhile, she married Andres Castro in 1958 and spent time with him. Next, she was seen in the TV series ‘Naked City’ in 1963.
Since then, she continuously got casted for numerous TV series like ‘Armstrong Circle Theatre,’ ‘ABC Afterschool Specials,’ ‘Leg Work,’ etc. and the movies such as ‘Garbo Talks,’ ‘It Runs in the Family,’ ‘The Object of My Affection,’ etc. She had also acted as a performer for the movie ‘Tarantella.’ She was awarded the HOLA Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hispanic Organization of Latin Actors.
