Chrissy Teigen

Christine Diane Teigen was born in Delta, U. S., on 30 November, 1985. She is a model, by profession. She was found posing hot on the cover page of the magazine Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in the year 2014 with Nina Agdal and Lily Alridge. Her father, an electrician, hails from Norwegian descent and mother is Thai. Her family moved frequently and went on to live in Idaho, Seattle, Hawaii and Washington before finally settling down in Huntington Beach, California. She worked in a surf shop and was then spotted by a photographer. In 2004, she became an IGN Babe and a model for Deal or No Deal. She appeared on the cover of the calender Maxim.

She also campaigned for many brands like Olay, Skullcandy, headphones, Nine West Fashion Targets Breast Cancer , Nike, XOXO, Billabong, Beach Bunny Swimwear, Gap Factory, and Gillette Venus. Chrissy was seen as a guest host in shows like E!, MTV, TMZ, and Extra. She hosted a reality competition show named Model Employee in 2013 on channel VH1. She was entitled the “Rookie of the Year” in 2010 by Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and featured in the same magazine for four consecutive years. Galore and Cosmopolitan, Ocean Drive, Esquire, Italian Vogue, and Glamour are few of the magazines on the cover of which she appeared. Other than working in fashion industry, she cooks and writes as well. She has a blog named sodelushious.com and enjoys traveling and gathering knowledge about food.

She launched a show titled Chrissy Teigen’s Hungry, which showcased her wedding menu tasting and filmed a show Cookies and Cocktails. Teigen was named as “Our Girlfriend” by Spike TV in 2012.
