Charlotte Ronson is an English fashion designer born on August 7, 1977. She is the daughter of Laurence Ronson and Ann Dexter-Jones. Her father was a real estate mogul whereas her mother was a writer and a socialite. She was brought up under strict conditions from her parents, and she was never allowed to attend any concerts or other events. Charlotte has a twin sister named

From her childhood, she was interested towards fashion designing but because of the strict family rules, she was unable to open up her dreams to her parents. She began the art of designing as her friends requested her to make various models for them. She then enrolled herself in the New York University and came out with flying colours and she is a degree holder in the Studio Art course.
She acquired internships at various places such as Rolling Stone, Bazaar, and she also had the opportunity to work with famous fabricator Cynthia Rowley. These internships provided the necessary exposure and experience for her career. In 2000, she launched her own collection C. Ronson that gained immediate recognition and appreciation. She received compliments from various fashion publications in the year 2001.
Soon, she planned to open her brand store on Elizabeth Street that is famous for shopping in Manhattan and she did succeed in doing so. In 2005, she renamed her collection to Charlotte Ronson, which has collaboration with a Japanese wardrobe company known by the name
. She relocated her store from Elizabeth Street to Mulberry Street. During Fall 2009, she got the chance to showcase her designs by participating in one of the most recognized event- The New York Fashion Week.
Since then she became a regular on the famous fashion show showcasing her designs in every year Fall and Spring Ready-To-Wear runway shows. Her brand gained popularity as several celebrities started to wear her designs. Some of them include

, etc. Her recognition paved the way for her to sign lucrative deals with various retailers all over the world.
She designed Play by C. Ronson that was exclusive to Urban Outfitters and got sold in over 100 retail stores. She designed I Heart Ronson for JCPenny that hit almost 600 retail stores. In 2011, she was roped into CFDA and launched Charlotte Ronson Beauty along with Sephora. In the following year, she produced Charlotte Ronson handbag collection with Artisan House.
She is the girlfriend of Nate Reuss, the lead vocalist of pop band Fun.
