According to his professional review, Russell Wolfe had years of senior level management experience as President and Chief Executive Officer, both domestically and internationally. Regrettably, the Hollywood industry lost a very conspicuous part of it on May 27, 2015. Wolfe was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis), in December 2013. Russell went public about his disease in March, posting an emotional video, asking for emotional and financial support. In an interview, he stated, “If you saw (God’s Not Dead), then you remember that I played a doctor who told the patient that she has a terminal illness”.
He further said, “What I didn’t know is that shortly after that, I would be given the same news. I have ALS”. He was a true devotee of Christ. He also had a religious message for the fans who subscribed to the PURE FLIX YouTube channel. He says, “Remember, God’s not dead and he is good all the time”.
