The fair-trade movement in India was led by Leo’s grandfather named Professor Shyam Swaroop Sharma. Leo was the director of operations and strategies at Usha Exim private limited. He is the founder of mad much, which is a creative production company. Leo Shastri had studied at Frank Anthony public school in Delhi. He completed his graduation in journalism and mass communication from Amity University in Noida, Delhi and He had also learned practical filmmaking from Met film School. Leo has also gained various awards. He is the winner of the India 500 quality leader Award in 2020 and the 5000 best MSME award in 2020.
