Jay Chandrasekhar

Jay Chandrasekhar was born in Chicago, Illinois in USA on April 9, 1968. His father (ArcotJambulingam Chandrasekhar) and mother (Hema Chandrasekhar) are Physicians by profession and also belong to Chennai, India. Cook County Hospital is where Jay Chandrasekhar was born and his parents worked there. He has an elder sister and a younger sister as well, they both are Lawyers by profession. He is a director, actor, screenwriter, and American comedian. He is famous for his work with the sketch comedy group “Broken Lizard,” and he is also known for “Super Troopers (2001), Club Dread (2004), and Beerfest (2006).” He also directed “The Duke OfHazzard” in 2005. He made a movie, “The Baby Makers,” in 2012.

He directed many episodes of “Blue Mountain State.” He has directed several movies and episodes. He graduated from Colgate University, and at that time, he was a part of the comedy group named “Charred Goose Beak.” During his college days, he found his path to comedy.
