Dan Scanlon

Dan Scanlon is an American director and artist. He was born on 21st of June in the year 1976. His birthplace was Michigan. After completing his studies from high schools, he had his graduation in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Arts at the Columbus College of Art and Design. Presently, he is of 39 years. He lived in San Francisco. Coming to his career, he has been an animator for Joseph: King of Dreams and Indescribable Nth. He had been an artist for Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea, and Dalmatians II: Patch London Journey. He had popular for his animation works.

In 2000, he did animations for The Little Mermaid II. It was a sequel to The Little Mermaid. Brian Smith and Jim Kammerud directed it. Leslie Hough and David Love green produced it. It is the story of Melody, a daughter of Eric and Ariel. She loves to swim in the ocean despite her parent’s restrictions. Critics had a negative response and on Rotten Tomatoes, it had the rating of 33%. The movie, 101 Dalmatians II was an animated feature one. Jim Kammerud and Brian Smith had written and directed it. It based on Dodie Smith’s The Hundred and One Dalmatians. It had awarded with the titles of Best Director, Best Animated Feature, Best Musical Score, and Best Editing. It released on 16th of September in 2008. It had marked up to 67% on the review aggregator, Rotten Tomatoes.
