Lakshmi Devy

Lakshmi Devy is an Indian American actress who has appeared in English, Tamil, and Malayalam-language movies. For her film When the Music Changes, she received the Remi Award for best director in 2021. Lakshmi Devy finished elementary school in New York, then medical school in India, while pursuing her interests in modeling, dance, and theater. Devy, a medical doctor, started her film career while still in medical school.

Lakshmi made her acting debut in the Nil Gavani Sellathey film (2010), directed by Anand Chakravarthy and featured her in the primary leadership role.
