Torrance Coombs

On June 14, 1983, Torrance Coombs was born. He is a bilingual actor from Canada and the United States. He gained fame for his performances as Sebastian "Bash" de Poitiers in Reign (2013–2017), and Thomas Culpepper in The Tudors (2007–2010). Coombs spent most of his childhood in Vancouver, Canada. Coombs has featured in performances at Bard on the Beach, Vancouver's annual professional Shakespeare festival, as well as the musical "A Little Night Music." He made his television debut as John Doe in the 2008 CBC comedy series "jPod," which was based on Douglas Coupland's novel of the same name. Coombs also featured as Lance Corporal C. Sellers in a Battle star Galactica episode from 2009. In 2010, Coombs played the character of Thomas Culpeper in the TV series "The Tudors." He also appeared on CBC's Heartland in "Chase Powers." He co-starred as Sam Besht in the Hulu drama series "Endgame" in 2011. In 2010, Coombs began dating Miss USA 2011, Alyssa Campanella. They made the announcement of their engagement on June 12, 2015. They married on April 2, 2016, in Santa Ynez, California.
