Sawyer Sweeten is an American Child Actor who predominantly worked in the Hollywood entertainment industry. He was born on 12 May 1995 in the city of Brownwood, Texas. His full name is Sawyer Storm Sweeten. Sawyer Sweeten’s parents are Timothy Lynn Sweeten and Elizabeth Anne Gini (nee Millsap). Sawyer Sweeten made his debut on the big screen in 2000, when he played the younger version of Frank McKlusky in the movie ‘Frank McKlusky, C.I.’ Besides this, he made a Cameo role as Milton on the TV series ‘Even Stevens’ (2000) in the episode ‘All About Yvette,’ and was featured on ‘TV Guide Close Up: From Comedy Club to Primetime’ (2004), directed by Rick Spalla. With his earnings from his acting career, Sawyer Sweeten and his twin brother were able to purchase their own house in Riverside, California, while they were still teenagers.
Throughout his childhood, Sawyer Sweeten struggled with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD, which made studying hard. Many members of his family suffered from depression and other mental illnesses. On 23 April 2015, at the age of 19, Sawyer Sweeten took his own life while on a visit to Texas with his family. At the time of his death, he was only weeks away from his twentieth birthday. In honor of the late actor, the Sweeten family, in collaboration with the Sawyer Sweeten Foundation, the Rosenthal Family Foundation, and Ray and Anna Romano, renovated and renamed a theater in St. Matthew Lutheran Church in North Hollywood as ‘Sawyer’s Playhouse.’
