Dennis Haysbert was born on 2nd June 1954 in San Mateo, Californio, U.S. He is an American actor and voice actor and well-known for playing lead roles in various films and television series. He completed his graduation from San Mateo High School and then studied acting at the American Academy of Dramatics Arts. Dennis stepped into the world of acting in 1978 by playing a guest role in The White Shadow. In 1993, he played the role of Cherokee Jack Jackson in Return to Lonesome Dove. He has been a popular actor since then.
Other shows in which he appeared include The A-Team, Magnum, Dallas, The Incredible Hulk, Glowing Pains, and P.I. Mr. Haysbert has also been nominated for a Golden Globe and a Golden Satellite Award in 2002. He has also appeared in many commercials for an insurance company named Allstate. The special thing about his commercials is that they usually end with “That’s Allstate Stand” or “Are you in good hands?”
