He was also featured in Anjan Dutt's Hemanta and Atanu Bose's black coffee. His first Bollywood film is Hunch which will be released in early 2020. He worked on Vikram Bhatt's web series "Holy Cross."
He did his schooling at St. Augustine's Day School. He went to South City Heramba Chandra College. He has undergone formal imitation training under
and Shantanu Bose. Trained under Mahesh Elkunchuwar as a writer, he formed his own Theater Group called Sthalantar. He began his directing career and directed and produced the production of Sthalantar (2007), The Real. Ability Show (2008), The Three Gentlemen (2011). He authored and directed the short film Rosogolla, which was sent to the Cannes Film Festival under the Regional Short Film Category. He is working on his upcoming web series and a Bengali film, written and directed by him (2019).
