Keeping fit is the mantra that keeps us motivated. Whether we follow it or not this thought keeps us going. And when we follow it the joy is doubled. Now let’s see the fitness regime of some of our favorite Kannada heroines.

Radhika Pandit

Radhika Pandit is a topnotch actress of Sandalwood and Santhu Straight Forward is all set to release this Diwali. This 5 feet 3 inch tall svelte lady doesn’t have any issues with her weight and firmly believes in having love for your own self that is beyond all imperfections. She once revealed that she doesn’t have belief in dieting and she doesn’t think of the possibility too. She is just happy with her good metabolism. However, she involves in yoga and dancing to keep her fit. Hitting the gym is not her interest. She doesn’t prefer working under pressure. Accordng to her fitness means being active as much as you can, and it can be walking also. Very likeable mantra, isn’t it?

Ragini Dwivedi

The glamorous queen of Sandalwood seems to be someone different from her contemporary. She had lost 15 kgs of weight to be slim in her upcoming films. She did vigorous exercise and dieting in two months and lost this much weight. Inspiring, isn’t it?

Aindrita Ray

Aindrita Ray is a self-confessed foodie. She also finds it difficult to be on a diet. She is getting accustomed to Shaolin fitness strategies, which is her cup of tea. She revealed that it is artistic and supports her in maintaining the body strong and relaxing the mind. She had also learnt skills of self-defence.

Shwetha also doesn’t believe in dieting and is a foodie. However, she does what she is more passionate about, which is Yoga. She practices yoga in the wake of the morning and does it at a fixed time. She indulges herself in several forms of yoga. She also revealed that doing yoga has become the purpose of her living.

Parul Yadav

Parul Yadav had worked passionately to be fit and it had even become a top priority for her. She believes that instead of being just slim and toned one should be fit. She revealed that she performed workouts around four times in a week. She also indulges in skipping, power yoga, dancing, kick-boxing, swimming, spinning or fast walking.


Amulya, who also has good attitude, had spent many hours at a fitness place to shed weight. She did this for a film where she was requested to shed her baby fat and sport an athletic look.
