Since his school days, Marish was quite clear about the idea of building a career out of filmmaking. So he started learning the necessary skills and gained some exposure through college plays and dramas. Finally, he made it to the silver screen with the film Thiruttu Rail. Since then, Marish has improved a lot as an editor.
