The plot revolved around a snake-shaped woman who sought vengeance for past transgressions. Snake ladies confront evil and protect the supreme power source, 'the naagmani,' in this series. The story began 10,000 years ago when eagles possessed the ability to shape-shift and naagins couldn't. When the eagles threatened the snakes to obtain Naagmani, Lord Shiva bestowed the power to shape-shift on snakes.

Lord Shiva named the first naagin to do so, Naageshwari - Sarvashreshth Aadi Naagin. Despite the hatred between the clans, she was in love with a naag named Hriday, and the prince of eagles, Akash, fell in love with her. Akash devised a plan to capture Naagmani by attacking the snakes. With his troops, he marched into the Temple and executed Hriday. Naageshwari, on the other hand, killed him, and Lord Shiva cursed her for failing to defend the other serpents. In addition, he received a blessing to visit after 10,000 years. After 10,000 years, she sacrificed herself to reunite with her lover. The curse had kept Naageshwari's soul in the Temple for many years. Dev is resurrected and reunited with Brinda. The two are back together. Naageshwari's spirit bestowed the Naagmani upon the Rahasmayee (Mysterious) Temple. Naageshwari must take rebirth to fulfill her love story, according to Lord Shiva's condition, but history was poised to shift this time.
