In “Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi”, he played the role of Raj Bhasin. Raj Bhasin and Kesar lived in Haridwar and Raj liked Kesar while Kesar loved Anupam and married him. Enraged Raj raped Kesar and as a result, kesar gives birth to the son of Raj Bhasin.  The newborn baby will be named as Harsh.

In “Main Aisi Kyun Hoon”, Vishal Puri is made to cast in the role of Vikram, the fiancé of Sanjana. Sanjana is a middle-class girl, though born in a traditional family she has modern views in life. Since Sanjana is nearing 30 years her parents want her to get married. But Sanjana loves and waits for her childhood sweetheart Siddarth, who has gone to the US for higher studies. Sanjana gets shocked to learn that Siddarth is married to his boss, Anuradha. As Sanjana is not able to overcome from the memories of Siddarth, she could not agree to get married to anybody else.

In the Zee TV production “Doli Armaanon Ki”, Vishal Puri acts as a famous lawyer called Niranjan Khanna. Samarth is the husband of Urmi and they have a son. Urmi files for divorce from her husband and tries to get custody of their son. Offended by his wife’s move, Samarth appoints the best lawyer of the country, Niranjan Khanna. The lawyer assures Samarth that, he will not only help with the case but also get custody of his son. Niranjan is not only a confident, distinguished and established lawyer but also known for involving in notorious and devious means to win his cases. Niranjan promises Samarth to frustrate Urmi with prolonged court trials and also keep her away from the custody of her son.

 In the other serial “Adaalat”, which was telecasted on Sony TV, Vishal Puri portrays the role of a popular TV actor, who plays the role of a Vampire. The actor gained reputation because of the role of Vampire and even in real-life he started to behave like a Vampire.
