The story is all about Parameshwari, a middle-aged lady. She had to quit her studies to support her sisters’ education. Parameshwari’s solace is the music, and she runs a music school at her home. Parameshwari gets married to Abhimanyu Bose, a divorcee who has a daughter from his previous marriage. Juju is his daughter, and Bose marries Parameshwari only to care for his daughter. Bose assured her that he would support her family financially. Parameshwari loves Juju unconditionally, and Juju also loves her. When Juju’s mother, Ananya, comes to know about her bonding with Parameshwari, she is afraid that her daughter might leave her. So, she wants to get back to Abhimanyu. In a series of incidents, Abhimanyu mistakes Parameshwari and decides to divorce her. This shocks Juju and Parameshwari. However, Juju supports her step-mom. Parameshwari gets an opportunity to sing and releases an album. She turns popular and gets various offers. Later, Abhimanyu becomes ill, and so, he couldn’t work further. Parameshwari manages the expenses, and finally, Abhimanyu understands her.
