Of late, there have been movies which deal with controversial relationships. This move One Night Stand has come up with a novel plot… and of course a thought-provoking message. Read the review to know more.

The movie is about a quick one-night affair between Urvil (who is already married) and Celina, the two important characters in the movie.  The hero is preoccupied with the affair and turns the villain.  He starts following Celina , who is leading a happy family life, wherever she goes. All that he has in mind is Celina and his obsession for her could turn things against her. But he does not worry, and that is what makes him the villain.

Star Performances

Sunny Leone looks great and carries herself well. Tanuj Virwani is a good cast, and he does a pretty convincing job. Nyra Banerjee does what is required of her. Ninad Kamat does an excellent job and shines in his sequences.

The movie’s director Jasmine Moses D’souza has come up with something novel. Cliches have been smashed. There is something unique about the movie. Yes… Sunny Leone, besides being a glamor actress, can show herself as a good life-partner and also expresses love to her in-laws on screen. However, the director could have delved deeper into the concept, and that could have added luster to the movie.

What is There?

  • The movie has the exquisite beauty Sunny Leone in it.
  • The concept is something novel, and could draw the audiences to the theater.

What is Not There?

  • Astute implementation of the idea is lacking in the movie.
  • The feminist message during the climax could have been improved.
  • The script is not up to the mark.
  • The situations created in the movie fail to provoke tears among the audiences.

If only it did not sound like some preaching, the message would have left a deep impact in the hearts of the audiences.
