Visu Quits Cinema?

“Visu,” the popular actor, writer cum director was last seen in “Manal Kayiru 2” along with Ashwin Shekhar, “S Ve Shekher” and Shamna Kasim alias Poorna. Visu’s last directorial venture was with S Ve Shekher, “Urvashi” and Sri Vidya in Sigamani Ramamani in 2001. Visu started his career as an assistant to director “K Balachander.” His debut film as an actor is Superstar “Rajinikanth” starrer Thillu Mullu. Visu had been busy with his writing and acting works. His films are based on the family relationships and they always had a good message to the society. He had been hosting the talk shows on Sun TV and Jaya TV. Visu’s wife Uma is a Homemaker. The couple has three daughters Lavanya, Sangeetha, and Kalpana. All of them are married and settled in the US. Recently, Lavanya is said to have moved to Chennai. Now, Visu has been relaxing at his home, watching good films and reviewing them.
