In a recent interview, Shalini revealed that if not for Arjun Reddy, she would never have got the validation as an actor that she needed. Shalini became famous for her role as the docile, yet firm medical student Preethi Shetty in Arjun Reddy, which was directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, and marked her debut in cinema in 2017.
