“Thappattam” is the upcoming film produced by Moon Pictures. This is the first film from this production banner. The team announced that they would donate the entire collection amount of the film to the farmers, the backbone of India. The film releases on 15th May 2017. When the support to the farmers is growing day by day, this new team’s support adds strength. Donating the entire amount is really appreciable, isn’t it! When the politicians didn’t take any measures to uplift the farmers, the public’s effort is highly laudable. The farmers protest in Delhi for the past 31 days with the request to the Central Government to waive off the crop loans, grant the drought relief and to set up a Cauvery tribunal and water management board.
